Alvin Townley and the 2009-2010 Spirit of Adventure Tour will help councils across the country launch alumni programs and strengthen Scouting in their area.  Two initiatives that can particularly benefit councils and Scouting are the Eagle Reserve and Alumni Service Partnerships. These programs will be subjects of a June 2009 Philmont Training Center class, taught by Alvin Townley.
